trimmer is used to trim the fabric edge of teh body while attaching
elastic, so provides a fine finish of fabric
edge.

thread, looper thread and even top cover thread simultaneously.
Especially for trimming of sewing with top cover thread. Located at
the left side of the arm to adjust easily and not to limit presser
foot lift. |
Metering
Device
Since the elastic is fed out in sync
with the fabric feeding amount by pulse motor, the feeding amount of
elastic remains constant and unaffected by the sewing speed, so that
a uniformand fine sewing finish can be guarantted. Most suitable for
attaching elastics on elastic fabric, for example, attaching elastic
on the collars or cuffs of leotards or swimsuits, or attaching
elastic lace on underwar. This device is driven by either of the
following two systems: Pulse motor or mechanical
drive. |
Rear
Puller
This device is desgned to pull the
fabric firmly from behind the needle drop. It is an effective aid
for operations where the fabric is difficult to feed such as
attaching waist elastic to training pants. |
Fabric
Trimmer
Device to trim the fabric edge for such
operations as attaching or inserting elastics. Fine finish with
smooth edge line can be obtained. Suction type and chute-down type
are available for waste disposal. |
Pneumatic Hemming
Guide
The sliding hemming guide allows
required hem on tubular articles. Pneumatically driven, enables
speedy operation and saves the operator's
fatique.
Electric type(HG100) and
manual type(HG001~004) are available. |
Condensed-stitch Device
(Fraying-proof)
To prevent fraying at the end of sewing,
this device is provided to achieve a fine stitch length (condensed
stitch) without machine stop. This saves one process that was
required in the conventional method to prevent fraying. All it means
is higher quality. |
